Canada’s first ever National Health Ethics Week was held this week, from March 2 to March 8, 2014. This new event was launched by the Canadian Bioethics Society (CBS), in collaboration with other organizations across Canada.

National Health Ethics Week was an opportunity for Canadian organizations working in health and health care to host activities exploring health ethics issues. Veritas IRB Inc.

chose to highlight the importance of the first-ever National Health Ethics Week by launching its new blog.

All of our blog postings this week were dedicated to research participants, and other topics will be explored throughout the year.
