As a Canadian researcher who employs the services of an independent IRB/REB, we are inviting you to participate in an important, online survey focused on IRB/REB selection criteria.

The survey should take you approximately three minutes to complete and closes on May 4, 2015. All responses will be aggregated by an independent analyst and the results will be presented to you via email once they are complete.
